Samuel (Omar Sy) was never to have many responsibilities. Leading a quiet life alongside the people he loves on the south coast of France, he sees everything change with the unexpected arrival of a baby of a few months named Gloria, his daughter. Unable to care for the child, he rushes to London to find his birth mother, but unsuccessfully decides to raise her alone. Eight years later, when Samuel and Glory become inseparable, the mother returns to retrieve the girl.
